By default, your store publishes to a Replo subdomain. Connecting your own domain (for example, yourbrand.com) means customers see your brand in the address bar, which looks more professional and builds trust. You connect a domain in two parts: you tell Replo which domain to use, then you update your domain’s DNS records at your domain provider so it points to Replo.
1

Open the Domains tab

In the Website Builder, open More options (the sliders icon in the top bar), go to Site settings, and select the Domains tab. You can also just ask Replo in chat to connect a domain.
2

Add your domain

Enter the domain you want to use (for example shop.yourbrand.com or yourbrand.com) and click Connect.
3

Update your DNS

Replo shows you the required DNS records (Type, Host, and Value). At your domain provider, add those records. This is what points your domain at your store.
4

Verify and publish

Click Check Connection. Once the records are found, the domain shows as Verified. Publish your site for the domain to take effect; DNS changes can take a little time to propagate.

Root domains vs. subdomains

A subdomain like shop.yourbrand.com is the simplest option and won’t affect anything else you host on your root domain. Connecting a root domain like yourbrand.com replaces whatever site is currently associated with it, and you can’t change it back without manually reconfiguring your DNS, so Replo asks you to confirm first.
DNS changes do not always apply instantly. If your domain does not work right away, give it some time to propagate and check again.
