Some sections only appear if you have the right access. Team, Billing, and Usage are shown to workspace owners; API Keys and Referrals appear when they’re enabled for your account.
Project
These settings apply to the project (your site) you’re currently working in. The Project tab covers the basics:- Rename the project so it’s easy to recognize.
- Timezone and Currency, which control how your analytics are reported.
- Checkout provider (when one is connected), which decides what powers cart and checkout for the site. Product loading and integration tools work regardless of this setting.
- Move the project to a different workspace, or Delete it. Deleting cannot be undone.
Theme
Customize the colors and texture of your Replo surfaces. Adjust the palette to taste, or reset back to the default theme at any time.Members
Give people access to just this project without adding them to the whole workspace. Search by name or email, then Add members. The page shows two groups:- Project members you’ve added directly (you can remove these).
- Workspace members, who can already reach every project in the workspace and so appear here for reference. Manage them under Team (see below).
Permissions
Decide what Replo can do automatically for the actions that normally pause for your approval. Tools are grouped by integration; for each one you can choose:- Always allow: run automatically without checking with you.
- Ask each time: pause for your approval before running.
- Never allow: block the action and skip it entirely.
API Keys
Public API keys are long-lived secrets that let third-party integrations call Replo’s public API on this project’s behalf. Create API key, give it a name, and pick its scopes (for example reading or writing tasks, products, or agent sessions). The secret is shown only once at creation, so copy it somewhere safe; if you lose it, revoke the key and create a new one. Keys can’t be edited after creation; revoke and recreate to change scopes. Creating a key opens a dialog where you name it and pick its scopes. Everything starts selected, so you uncheck whatever this key should not be able to reach.Workspace
Workspace settings apply across every project in the workspace and are managed by owners. The Workspace tab itself is simple: Rename your workspace, or Delete it. Deleting permanently removes the workspace and all its data, and recovery requires contacting Replo support.Team
Manage who belongs to the workspace and their role (Owner or Member).Billing & Usage
Billing is where you manage your plan and credits; Usage shows how much you’ve consumed this cycle, your remaining balance, and any spend cap. Because billing is the topic people ask about most, it has a dedicated page.Billing & credits
How billing, credits, and usage work.
Account
These settings are personal to you and follow you across every workspace. The Account tab is where your profile lives:- Update your profile: first and last name, and a profile photo (under 3MB).
- Your email is shown with its verification status; to change it, contact support@replo.app.
- Connect Google to sign in with your Google account.
- Account security: change your password.
- Log out of Replo on this device.
Referrals
Refer others to Replo and earn a commission on what they spend. The Referrals tab is a full affiliate dashboard, powered by Dub, with everything you need to share your link and track what it earns.- Referral link. Your unique link (like
try.replo.app/your-name) sits at the top. Copy link to share it anywhere; every click, signup, and sale that comes through it is attributed to you. - Rewards. The current payout terms are shown at a glance, for example earn up to 50% per sale for a year, with a 30-day holding period before earnings clear. View terms opens the full details.
- Earnings. Track your Upcoming balance (earned but still in the holding window) and Paid balance, next to an activity graph of clicks and conversions over time.
- Quickstart walks through the three steps: share your link, grab program resources, and connect payouts to receive earnings.
- Earnings and Links break down performance by payout and by individual link.
- Leaderboard shows how you compare to other referrers.
- FAQ and Resources cover the program rules and ready-made assets you can share.
