Give Replo your Container ID and ask Replo to add it:

Add Google Tag Manager with container GTM-XXXXXXX to my site, then publish

Your tags load on every page once you publish. You can also manage it from your site’s Scripts & Pixels settings in the Website Builder.

Log in to your Google Tag Manager account.
Select your account and container.
Your Container ID (it looks like GTM-XXXXXXX) is displayed at the top of the window.
