Exact prices, credit allowances, and session limits are shown on the plan screen in Settings, since they depend on your plan and can change. This page explains how each piece works.
Plans
Replo has three plans: Free, Starter, and Pro, billed monthly or yearly. As you move up, you get more agent credits, a larger included allowance of visitor sessions at a lower overage rate, lower payment processing fees, and more support.- Starter includes a monthly allowance of agent credits, custom domains, no Replo branding on generated sites, and a set number of included visitor sessions.
- Pro includes unlimited agent credits, a larger session allowance at a lower overage rate, volume session discounts, lower payment processing fees, and priority support (including a dedicated Slack channel and account manager).
Agent credits
Credits pay for the work Replo does for you, such as building pages, generating assets, and running tasks. Credits are deducted as Replo works: each message it completes spends credits based on the work involved. Your credit balance is split into two buckets:- Free credits are the allowance included with your plan. They reset at the start of each billing cycle, and are used first.
- Purchased credits are top-ups you buy. They never expire, so they carry over from cycle to cycle and are used after your free credits run out.
Top-ups and auto reload
When you need more credits than your plan includes, use Add credits to buy a top-up. Top-ups come in fixed packs, and these prepaid credits carry over between billing periods. To avoid running out mid-task, turn on Auto reload: set a balance to refill below and an amount to refill to, and Replo tops your purchased credits back up automatically when you run low. To keep costs predictable, also turn on the monthly spend cap to limit how much auto reload spends each month (shown as your Monthly Limit on the Usage view).Active sites
A site becomes active (and counts toward your plan) once you connect a custom domain to it. Sites published on a freereplosites.com address don’t count, so you get unlimited free sites that way. Your plan includes a number of custom-domain (active) sites, and you can Add Sites for more, billed at a flat monthly rate per additional site.
Visitor sessions
Separate from agent credits, your published store’s traffic is billed by visitor session. Each plan includes an allowance of sessions per cycle, and beyond that you’re charged a per-1,000 rate. Higher plans include more sessions and charge a lower overage rate, and Pro adds volume discounts.Payment processing
When a customer buys from your store, a payment processing fee applies to that transaction. Higher plans have lower processing fees.Usage
The Usage view in Settings shows where your money is going: your spend day by day, your total for the current cycle measured against your spend limit, your remaining balance, and a full record of charges with their Stripe invoices.FAQ
