[Yotpo](https://www.yotpo.com) collects product reviews, ratings, and loyalty data. Connect it and Replo can pull review content and aggregate stats, so you can check ratings or surface social proof without leaving chat.

## Connect Yotpo

Yotpo connects by signing in; there are no API keys to copy.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the Integrations app">
    In Replo, open the [Integrations app](/apps/integrations) and find **Yotpo**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in and authorize">
    Click **Connect**, sign in to Yotpo, and approve access. This links your Yotpo store to your Replo project.
  </Step>
</Steps>

You can also connect straight from chat; if you ask Replo to use Yotpo before it's connected, it drops the connection card right into the conversation.

```text theme={null}
Connect my Yotpo account
```

<TryPromptButton prompt="Connect my Yotpo account" />

## Use Yotpo from chat

Once connected, ask Replo about your reviews. Point it at the integration with an [@-mention](/sessions-and-history#mentions) so there's no doubt which tool you mean.

```text theme={null}
Show recent @Yotpo reviews for my best-selling product
```

<TryPromptButton prompt="Show recent Yotpo reviews for my best-selling product" />

```text theme={null}
What's the average Yotpo rating and review count for my hero product?
```

<TryPromptButton prompt="What's the average Yotpo rating and review count for my hero product?" />

## What Replo can do

The Yotpo connection is read-only. Replo can:

* List reviews with filters for product, score, sentiment, and status
* Pull a single review by ID
* Read aggregate stats for a product (average score, total review count, star distribution)

For everything Yotpo exposes, see the [Yotpo API documentation](https://apidocs.yotpo.com/reference/welcome).
